First off, thank you all for your kind words about my earlier post. Your thoughts and prayers mean so much to me.
For right now, I want to stray from that topic, as it has been all that has been on my mind all day, and introduce you guys to something new that I’m going to be doing on the blog!
I am doing a new series of posts that I’ll be calling “A Week of Workouts”. Each week that I do this series, I will be posting a quick workout routine for each day of the week. Each day will focus on a different workout regimen (ie: abs, cardio, legs and butt, arms and back, etc).
So let’s get to it, shall we?

As far as I’m concerned, there’s no better feeling than a good booty workout.. bring on the burn!
In other news, I caved in and I am currently making the cookie butter granola bars that I mentioned a couple of days ago. Oops.
In my defense, I didn’t end up making any of those desserts that day, so this is just a little delayed baking day, no?
This way I’ll have something to eat for my self-hosted Bachelor party tonight.. HEEEYY!
I seriously wish that those of you who are Bachelor fans that comment about my unhealthy obsession with this show could come drink wine and watch this drama with me on a weekly basis. I bet we’d have SO much fun!
Andy and I have turkey chili in the crockpot, wine in the fridge and Bachelor set to record. Let’s get this party started.

Ooooh cookie butter granola bars. You just reminded me that I still have a jar of it hiding in the back of my pantry. That may need to go in the trash soon…But I like your workout idea!

I love your week of workouts idea! I don’t do enough variation in my workouts, so this would be awesome to have for when I’m done training for my race 😀 My week of workouts is honestly “run, run, run, rest, cross train, run, rest.” Exciting, no?

Gah I want this Tierra girl GONE. She is nuts and I can’t stand her. She is the reason I keep saying I’m done watching this show.. but when I found out it was Sean there was no way I wasn’t going to watch it!
I have a self-hosted Bachelor viewing every night too. By me tonight is an ice cold beer. But those cookie butter bars sound way better.. We would have fun!
