Guess what I got for Valentines Day? Besides a ton of candy that I gladly accepted..

A WAFFLE MAKER.

I know it’s not a traditional gift, but I loved it. It has actually been a white elephant gift that Andy’s family has been pawning off on other family members for years, and everyone just keeps giving it away. Andy’s brother Ryan got it this Christmas, and he was less than enthused.

Thursday’s Circuit Workout & Todays Eats

Gym Etiquette and a Cycling Class

I went to the gym this morning to crank out my 3-mile run and saw something that I have honestly never seen before at the gym that disgusted me.

Not that I am some gym etiquette nazi or anything, but there are a few things that I absolutely can not stand at the gym, and this one made the list.

When I looked over at this lady today, I was like:

A Week of Workouts

First off, thank you all for your kind words about my earlier post. Your thoughts and prayers mean so much to me.

For right now, I want to stray from that topic, as it has been all that has been on my mind all day, and introduce you guys to something new that I’m going to be doing on the blog!

I am doing a new series of posts that I’ll be calling “A Week of Workouts”. Each week that I do this series, I will be posting a quick workout routine for each day of the week. Each day will focus on a different workout regimen (ie: abs, cardio, legs and butt, arms and back, etc).
