A Week of Workouts

First off, thank you all for your kind words about my earlier post. Your thoughts and prayers mean so much to me.

For right now, I want to stray from that topic, as it has been all that has been on my mind all day, and introduce you guys to something new that I’m going to be doing on the blog!

I am doing a new series of posts that I’ll be calling “A Week of Workouts”. Each week that I do this series, I will be posting a quick workout routine for each day of the week. Each day will focus on a different workout regimen (ie: abs, cardio, legs and butt, arms and back, etc).

So let’s get to it, shall we?

Crockpot Barbecue Pork Tenderloin Recipe and a Bachelor Party

Dinner tonight was one for the recipe books!

Andy and I have had a pork tenderloin in our freezer for a couple of months now and I’ve been waiting for an opportunity to put it to good use!

When I knew that Andy would be at work all day, I wanted to have dinner ready for him when he got home, like the good girlfriend that I am.

Silver Coach Restaurant Review & Lily Loves Flannel Sheets

Our dinner at the Silver Coach last night was amazing, but I can’t say that I’m too surprised! I loved the restaurant so much this summer that I knew it would be a hit, and it was!

Naturally, my hot date could not take a serious picture to save his life.

Too Excited For Dinner & Eating Out of Tupperware

Is it weird that I am already excited for today to be over so I can be at dinner tonight? Probably a little. But you need to understand the greatness that is going to be my dinner tonight. It’s beyond measure.

Andy and I went to the Silver Coach for the first time this past summer, along with a big group of my family members for a special occasion when my cousin Jess and her new fiancé Warren were in town.

In Wine Heaven + Lily and the Vet

Dinner last night consisted of sole wrapped crab fillets that Andy and I got as a Christmas present from my dad this year. My dad sent us a bunch of food from Omaha Steaks, and when I saw that fish was on the menu for last night, I immediately thawed those babies out!

We enjoyed the fillets along with roasted green beans and brown rice on the side.

The Best Baked Lemon Chicken

Dinner last night was a good one!

Before Andy’s basketball game, I threw together a recipe for a lemon-ey baked chicken. I wanted chicken but I just wasn’t feelin’ chicken with some sort of spice/barbecue sauce that has become a staple in our house, so I winged it on this recipe and hoped for the best!

I was seriously impressed with the turnout! It was a hit with both Andy and myself, and Andy’s always been a barbecue guy, so I’m thrilled that we have a new recipe to mix up our chicken dinners!
